There is a precision and sharpness to the 2015 Cavaliere that I don't think we've seen from this estate in the past. It's light garnet in color, with notes of violets and red berry fruit, some minerality in there, and then dusty tannins on the close. There is some real sharpness to this monovarietal Sangiovese from the Tuscan Coast.
