Revving up with licorice, spice and dark fruit, the 2010 Barolo Prapo most certainly delivers the goods. This wine awards a deeply satisfying and meditative drinking experience thanks to its smooth entry and the ever-changing nature of the bouquet. Ripe fruit transitions to forest floor, white truffle, cola, dark spice and fragrant anisette. In the mouth, the wine is silky smooth but it also shows its inherent strength and longevity. I ages for two years in botte grande. Drink: 2017-2028.
