The 2007 Barranc dels Closos White is composed of 50% Macabeo, 30% Garnacha Blanca, with the balance Pedro Ximinez and Muscat aged for three months in French oak. It sports an expressive nose of candle wax, honey, and mineral. On the palate it has complex dry flavors, a viscous texture, excellent depth, and a lengthy pure finish.
