This soft, round, medium-bodied, dry red reveals some new oak, but its primary characteristics are copious amounts of sweet, jammy cherry/berry fruit. It is reminiscent of a California Zinfandel, but without the high alcohol. Supple, well-balanced, and clean, this is a wine to drink over the next 2-3 years.
