The 2011 Barolo Bricco Gattera is a poised and elegant wine with good aromatic definition. Mineral notes are first to lift from the bouquet. They are quickly followed by dark fruit, spice, tar and pressed rose. This vintage delivers a slightly shorter and learner mouthfeel, but the wine's aromas are fragrant and thick.
