I had two vintages of their flagship wine to compare, including the 2015 El Paraguas Atlántico. The character of the two years is very different, and it really shows in the wines, with this 2015 riper, more opulent and with notes of sweet yellow fruit and an exotic touch. The palate shows more restraint in the marked granite minerality in the texture and has a sapid finish, making it long and almost salty. It's mostly Treixadura with some 11% Godello and 4% Albari?o. 7,100 bottles were filled in May 2016.
