The 2014 El Paraguas is a blend of approximately 85% Treixadura, 9% Godello and 6% Albari?o fermented separately with indigenous yeasts, in the case of the Godello in 600-liter oak barrels where it matured for three months. There are aromas of lemon sherbet, citric, denoting freshness, developing more complexity in the glass, tangerine peel, musky apples and aromatic herbs. The palate is sharp and focused, delineated and clean. Precision. 6,400 bottles were filled in April 2015.
