The 2013 El Paraguas Atlántico is mainly Treixadura with small percentages of Godello and Albari?o from 1.1 hectare of vineyards in the Ribadavia zone on granite, sandy soils. The different grapes were fermented separately, usually in stainless steel, but the Godello fermented and matured for a few months in 500-liter French oak barrels. They aim is for a fresh wine here and they are happy with this Atlantic vintage, which shows a very clean and focused nose pure with the minerality upfront. The straight, sharp palate drinks with laser-like precision. Well done! 6,200 bottles produced.
