The medium-bodied 2003 Saint Aubin En Remilly (white) explodes from the glass with superb scents of spices, anise, and pastry cream. Fleshy, filled with spiced, roasted minerals, toast, and pears, this wine has excellent depth, mouth-feel, and length. It should be drunk over the next 5-6 years.
