The 2010 Chardonnay Rosemary's Vineyard has intense, mature scents of crème caramel, quince paste, mushroom tart, wet hay, crushed nuts, lemon cream, honey and orange blossoms. The medium to full-bodied, satin-textured palate offers tons of savory flavor layers with juicy freshness to oppose, finishing long. This vintage is showing the most maturity of the Rosemary's Chardonnays and should be drunk up soon. Talley got its own bottling line only after this vintage, and Brian Talley wonders if that may have something to do with how the 2010 has aged.
