The medium to dark ruby-colored 2000 Pinot Noir Evenstad Reserve reveals faint notes of balsa wood in its otherwise demure black cherry aromas. Medium to full-bodied, it offers a slightly disjointed personality of dark fruits, spices, hints of cedar, and a briery note.
