Potentially outstanding, the 2003 Pinot Noir Evenstad Reserve boasts a mouth-watering nose of waxy black cherries as well as hints of fresh herbs. This wine is medium-bodied, silky-textured, and highly expressive. Its flavor profile, composed of black cherry syrup, blackberries, cassis, and pepper is ensconced in ripe tannin. Anticipated maturity: 2008-2013.
