The 2009 Viognier, which comes from the Sonoma side of the vineyard, exhibits lots of tropical fruits, crisp acids and hints of peach and apricot marmalade. It is a delicious white to consume over the next year. This brilliant estate, whose vineyards straddle the Napa/Sonoma county line at the top of Spring Mountain, continues to turn out a bevy of exciting wines that first made headlines when Bob Foley was the winemaker.
