Bruno Rocca’s 2005 Barbaresco is simply beautiful. This is an especially vibrant Barbaresco endowed with notable richness in its dark red fruit, roses, spices and toasted oak. The wine builds on the palate, as the fruit gains intensity and the aromatic qualities open up, revealing a wine of notable class. This is a great effort. Anticipated maturity: 2010-2020.
