The only 2000 I tasted from Pierre Coursodon was the St.-Joseph Le Sensonne. Offering plenty of spicy wood, good black currant fruit, but a dry, tannic, clipped finish, it is a medium-bodied, pleasant yet uninspiring effort in this mediocre vintage for the northern Rhone.
