The attention-getting Meursault Narvaux has an awesome sweet and spicy component on the nose and an incredibly viscous and oily textured mouth. Powerful flowers and nuts float through the taster's mouth with flavors that easily last thirty seconds. Drink between 2002-2010. Stylistically, it rises in this tasting like the Eiffel Tower does at Champ de Mars in Paris. So distinctive, this ultraconcentrated white tastes almost like a mixture of great Viognier, Sauternes, Tokay and Chardonnay. The texture is smooth like double cream, the aromas tend toward peach, white apricot, lime, various herbs and honey. Flawless balance, seamless finish. Grand white Burgundy on the highest scale, probably made from ultralow yields.
