A very nice effort for a village wine, the Meursault offers freshly cut flowers in the nose and toasted hazelnut, spice and apple-like flavors. It is medium-bodied and has a good follow-though. This note is the result of tastings I did in Burgundy between January 7 and January 29. Importer: Dreyfus Ashby, New York, NY; tel (212) 818-0770.
