The 2005 Magnum Gran Reserva (sold only in 1.5L bottles) is made with no dosage from vines over 60 years of age. It gives up a superb aromatic array of mineral, melon, baking spices, and fresh biscuit leading to a persistent, concentrated, round, and impeccably balanced wine with excellent concentration and length. Agusti Torello Mata is one of Spain’s finest Cava producers.
