The 2004 Gran Reserva Brut Nature is medium straw-colored with a distinguished bouquet of fresh baked biscuit, mineral, apple, and white peach. Dry, crisp, and broad on the palate, this elegantly styled sparkling wine has excellent depth, grip, and length. The Agusti Torello Mata Cavas rank with the best I have tasted. Eighty percent of the production is sold in Spain; only 20% is exported. They are all vintage dated and have the disgorgement date on the back label.
