The medium-to-dark ruby-colored Givry Cellier aux Moines displays dark cherries, black currants and Asian spices. Medium-to-full-bodied, structured, concentrated, intense and extremely well-delineated, this wine is packed with black fruits, minerals and smoky/leathery flavors. Built to last, this impressive wine will be at its peak between 1998-2007. As always, ratings with a score in parentheses indicate the wine was tasted from cask, not bottle.
