The 2010 Fiano di Avellino is rather subtle at first, until the aromas and flavors blossom on the mid-palate. Ash, minerals, cured meats and juicy peaches are some of the nuances that emerge from this rich, textured white. There is plenty of complexity and personality in the glass in this typical, benchmark Fiano from Avellino. Anticipated maturity: 2011-2014. Feudi di San Gregorio is one of the leaders in the modern-day Renaissance of Campanian oenology.
