Suffering a bit from reduction (which will disappear with its pre-bottling racking), the 2003 Cote de Nuits-Villages (red) is medium-bodied, thick, and dense. Its slightly muddled character – a trait that may well be resolved at racking – is filled with intense black fruits. Drink it over the next 4-5 years.
