This is a terrific bargain. D'Arenberg does a noteworthy job with their 100% Grenache cuvee called The Custodian. The 1999 The Custodian Grenache exhibits copious quantities of kirsch liqueur, ripe fruit, medium to full body, excellent purity, and a peppery, spicy, long finish.
