Conca de Barbara is the home to most of the world’s Trepat, much of which is utilized in the production of Rosado Cava. However, the grape is capable of standing on its own as the 2009 Josep Foraster Trepat demonstrates. Strawberry and boysenberry aromas form the bouquet of this medium-bodied, elegant wine that has ample ripe, dry flavors, a smooth texture, and a pleasing proportionality.
