This wine is 100% Sangiovese, with limited quantities (about 250 cases) of the single vineyard Vigna Cerbaia made only in exceptional vintages. The medium garnet-colored 1995 Brunello di Montalcino exhibits a complex soy, earthy, cedar wood, plum, and red fruit-scented nose. Supple, precocious, round, and attractive, with medium body, sweet fruit, and an easy-going finish, it is evolved, complex, and delicious. Enjoy it over the next decade.
