Michel Ferraton declassified his entire Hermitage and Crozes-Hermitage production in 1993. The 1994 Hermitage Cuvee des Miaux reveals that vintage's soft, low acid, fruity character (reminiscent of 1985), and is full-bodied and rich, with moderate tannin in the finish.
