Michel Ferraton declassified his entire Hermitage and Crozes-Hermitage production in 1993. The 1992 Hermitage Cuvee des Miaux exhibits a dense color, pronounced aromas of earth, herbs, and black fruits, elevated tannin, soft acidity, excellent ripeness, and a full-bodied, powerful finish.
