The estate’s 2006 Brunello di Montalcino is a big, powerful wine packed with black cherries, smoke, tar, leather and licorice. This is a fairly intense, brooding Brunello that needs further time in bottle, but the depth of the fruit and the expressiveness of the bouquet suggest a bright future.
