The 2007 Onix is a blend of Garnacha old-vines and Carinena. It is medium ruby-colored with a bouquet of mineral, earth notes, leather, blueberry, and cherry. Elegant on the palate, it reveals a smooth-texture, excellent depth, and a pure close. Drink it over the next eight years.
