Bruno Clair's best wine in 1990 is his Gevrey-Chambertin-Clos St. Jacques. A huge nose of black-cherries, herbs, new oak, and minerals zooms from the glass. Deep and medium to full-bodied, with low acidity, moderate tannins, and fine extract, this wine should continue to drink well for 7-10 years.
