The delicious 2015 Piccadilly Chardonnay is sourced from that subregion of the Adelaide Hills. Entirely barrel fermented in 40% new French oak but with virtually no malolactic fermentation (just the odd barrel or so that goes through during primary fermentation), it's a smoky, cashew nut-scented offering backed by delicate pineapple and peach flavors. Medium-bodied, it's plump and generous, with a long, plush finish and an impeccable sense of balance. Drink it over the next 4-5 years.
