The 2011 Furvus, mostly Garnacha with some 20% Merlot, aged in used barrels for one year before bottling. It's a ripe effort with a mixture of mostly wild red fruit and plenty of spices, hints of leather and tobacco. The palate is quite polished, with fine-grained tannins, good volume and freshness. It is approachable and pleasant making it easy to drink. 19,000 bottles produced.
