The 2008 Furvus is the same blend and vinification as the 2009. It actually has a similar bouquet to the 2009, with fragrant scents of Provencal herbs. The palate has a very sensual entry with filigree tannins and a superb, citric thread of acidity. This Montsant red is struck through with a great tension and minerality, displaying gorgeous, ripe notes of wild strawberry, raspberry, blood orange and a dash of white pepper on the finish.
