An outstanding Pinot is the 2005 Pinot Noir Coastlands Vineyard (a tiny production of only 132 cases). It tastes akin to liquid steel infused with black cherries and cranberries. Vibrant acidity marks this wine, making the wild cherry, raspberry, cola and tangerine zest flavors racy and fresh.
