A blend of 80% Marsanne and 20% Roussanne, the 2017 Crozes Hermitage Blanc was fermented in stainless steel and demi-muids (half in each). It's plump and round, with ripe notes of melon, pear and pineapple and a luscious, silky texture. It finishes long, thanks to a refreshing hint of citrus zest.
