There is a sweet and creamy sensation in the nose of the 2014 Campo Alegre, a pure Tempranillo or Tinta de Toro with a commercial, approachable profile. The grapes from old and low-density vineyards fermented in a mixture of stainless steel and concrete vats are partly aged in 225- and 600-liter French oak barrels for one year. The palate revealed sweet fruit and some tannins that would welcome food. 80,000 bottles.
