The 2019 Pinot Noir Les Dijonnais has a medium ruby-purple color and perfumed red cherries, cranberry sauce, lavender and tangerine with spicy accents. The medium-bodied palate is silky with crunchy, fragrant fruit and has refreshing acidity that highlights all those pretty perfumed notes on the long finish.

The 2018 Pinot Noir Les Dijonnais has a medium ruby color and aromas of red cherries and wild blackberries with notes of prosciutto, tangerine peel and black tea leaves. The medium-bodied palate has bright freshness and ripe, earth-laced fruit that lingers on the finish.

The 2017 Pinot Noir Les Dijonnais comes from five different Dijon clones. It was made with 30% whole clusters and 16 months in about 35% new French oak. It has a pale ruby-purple color with aromas of warm raspberries, black cherries, cinnamon, dried earth and roses with amaro nuances. The light to medium-bodied palate is grainy and fresh with a long, spicy finish. This is drinking well right out of the bottle. 702 cases produced.

Medium ruby in color, the 2016 Pinot Noir les Dijonnais has a classic nose of red cherries and berries with nuances of spiced cranberries and wonderful layers of earth and mineral: cola, wood smoke, dusty earth, dried tea leaves and touches of cracked pepper. Medium-bodied and silky textured, it fills the mouth with warm red fruits that carry the layers of earth and spice on the mouthwatering, layered finish. This is lovely! 650 cases produced.

Pale ruby-purple in color, the 2015 Pinot Noir les Dijonnais offers up a beautiful perfume of potpourri, rose petals, kirsch, raspberry preserves and mulberries with nuances of underbrush, sautéed herbs, anise and cloves. Light to medium-bodied, this wine gives a wonderful intensity of perfumed red berry and earth flavors, framed by firm, grainy tannins and lively acid, finishing with great persistence and depth.
