The medium to dark ruby-colored 1998 Pinot Noir Les Dijonnais gets its name from the fact that it is produced entirely from Dijon clones of Pinot Noir. Sweet black cherries, cola, and assorted dark fruits are found in this offering's aromatics. Medium to full-bodied, well-structured, and expressive, it exhibits candied red fruits, cookie dough, and hints of clay in its complex flavor profile.
