The 2007 Pinot Noir les Dijonnais was showing some bricking on the rim. It has an attractive bouquet with expressive red cherries mixed with balsamic, dried rose petals, desiccated orange peel and dried quince. The palate is medium-bodied with earthy red fruit, lacking a little energy on the back palate, certainly fully matured with a spice-box and rhubarb-tinged finish. I would be inclined to drink this over the next couple of years. Tasted April 2016.
