The medium to dark ruby-colored 1999 Pinot Noir Les Dijonnais (it gets its name from the fact that it is produced entirely from Dijon clones) has a coffee, caramel, and blackberry-scented nose. Medium-bodied, juicy, and packed with dark fruit flavors, this is an intense, concentrated, and well-extracted wine. The fruit dominates its firm structure yet it will require patience. Projected maturity: 2005-2011.Tel. (503) 538-5136.
