The Txakoli is now called Gorka Izagirre and the subtitle Basque White Wine (found on most labels here), of which I tasted the 2019 Gorka Izagirre, which they called a representative of the modern Txakoli from Bizkaia. It's a blend of Hondarrabi Zuri and Hondarrabi Zerretia (Petit Corbu) produced in a light, fresh and aromatic way but with good structure to stand up to food. It has 12.5% alcohol and notable acidity, still a bit reductive from the recent bottling. The whites have a clean profile with citrus aromas. It was fermented with neutral yeasts at low temperature, and part of the volume was kept with the lees for three months. 2019 seems like a very good vintage in the region; this finishes tasty, dry and long. 180,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in March 2020.
