The one white produced in Priorat is the 2020 +Ritme, produced exclusively with Garnacha Blanca grapes from a 12-year-old vineyard in Bellmunt aged sur lie for 10 months, 30% in new French barrique and the rest in stainless steel. It's young and fruit driven with very integrated oak, which adds some complexity, and a faint creamy sensation on the round palate, showing good ripeness at 14.5% alcohol but keeping very good freshness. 3,325 bottles produced. It was bottled in July 2021.

The varietal white Garnacha Blanca 2018 +Ritme has notes of waxy apples with a creamy style that is ripe, round and lush. It was produced with grapes from a vineyard in Bellmunt del Priorat on llicorella slate soils. It went through a two-day cold soak before 30% of the volume fermented in new French oak barrels and the rest in stainless steel and then matured with the lees that were periodically stirred for a total of 11 months. It's a powerful white with some creamy oak aromas and flavors, a round palate and a dry finish with a bitter touch.

The one white here, the 2016 +Ritme is a blend of Garnacha Blanca with 30% Macabeo, using grapes from different villages. Thirty percent of the volume fermented in barriques and the rest in stainless steel, then the blend matured with the lees for nine months. There are some fennel notes and spicy and smoky notes. The wine has nice balance and ripeness and a certain austerity on the palate. It was bottled in July 2017.

The white wine here is called 2012 +Ritme (more rhythm!) and is a traditional 70/30 blend of Garnacha Blanca and Macabeo sourced from different villages within Priorat, all on slate (llicorella) soils. 70% of the wine fermented in stainless steel and the rest in new French oak barrels, then was blended together and kept in contact with the lees for 11 months. It has a serious nose with plenty of captivating aromas like pollen, beeswax, yellow plums, spices and a hint of smoke making it a nice expression of a white Mediterranean blend. The palate is very tasty, has great volume and fruit. The acidity is good, given the extremely warm harvest. It took me to the hills of Hermitage and the whites produced there. Would it age in the same way? I'd like to find out in a decade... 6,150 bottles produced.

The 2011 Ritme Negre is a very pleasant, fruit-driven blend of old vine Garnacha and Carinena aged in French oak barrels for ten months, with more depth than your average young Priorat, showing ripe fruit with good acidity and freshness, and piercing flavors ending with a mineral note in the aftertaste.
