The 2011 Ritme Negre is a very pleasant, fruit-driven blend of old vine Garnacha and Carinena aged in French oak barrels for ten months, with more depth than your average young Priorat, showing ripe fruit with good acidity and freshness, and piercing flavors ending with a mineral note in the aftertaste. This is quite an approachable Priorat at a very good price for its quality. Drink now-2018.
