The top cuvee of Chardonnay, Ovation, is a full malolactic, 100% barrel-fermented, Burgundian-styled offering with abundant concentration as well as complexity, plus the ability to age for 5+ years. In most vintages there are approximately 3,000 cases produced. The elegant 1999 Chardonnay Ovation offers scents of smoky hazelnuts, orange rind, lemon zest, and a hint of honeysuckle.
