Vincent Bitouzet produces a wide range of Volnays, all of them faithfully representing their respective terroirs. The light-to medium ruby-colored Volnay possesses a sweet and tangy cherry nose as well as a beautifully ripe, well-structured, medium-bodied, soft personality with flavors of strawberries, crisp red berries and fresh herbs.
