A bold, dramatic wine, the 2015 Montrachet Grand Cru exhibits a rich bouquet of ripe peaches, white flowers, honeycomb and toasty new oak. On the palate, it's full-bodied, ripe and almost unctuous, though it gains tension in the glass and concludes with an attractively chalky finish. There's plenty of depth and concentration here, and I suspect it will be more interesting with a few years' bottle age.
