The 1988, which is the current vintage in the marketplace, is already revealing some amber/orange at the edge. It displays a peppery, herb, and berry-scented nose, medium-bodied, soft, spicy, adequately endowed flavors, and a short, tannic finish. It should drink well for the next 4-5 years.
