The Damilano 2018 Barolo Cerequio (packaged with heavy glass) opens to fragrant and lifted aromas of dried cherry, wild berry, blue flower and crushed stone. There are end notes of iron ore and rust that make for pretty background notes. This is a medium-weight Barolo, showing a fine and extremely polished mouthfeel and integrated tannins. It ends on a soft note with lasting cherry flavors. 2,700 bottles were produced.

A round, supple red highlighted by pronounced strawberry, cherry and floral aromas and flavors. Showing characteristic elements of eucalyptus and tar, this is balanced, structured and long overall.
