The 2007 Elias Mora is 100% Tinta de Toro (Tempranillo) aged for six months in 100% new American oak. Dark ruby-colored, it has a fragrant bouquet of cedar, mineral, cinnamon, clove, black cherry, and blueberry. Dense and structured on the palate, this medium to full-bodied wine is well-balanced, has plenty of savory fruit, and a lengthy, pure finish.
