The 2007 Brunello di Montalcino flows from the glass with sweet dark cherries, kirsch, tobacco, flowers and leather. The 2007 possesses lovely inner perfume and a level of finesse I have seldom found in Palazzo’s wines. This remains a firm, structured style of Brunello, but all of the elements are in harmony.
